At high speed in high winds

This data was obtained by towing the Rave behind Fred Ball's Dory, the drag is measured in pounds. At these speeds the Rave was not foil borne.

At the high speeds obtained by the Rave if it goes wrong it does so quite spectacularly!

In this position a Rave is inherently very stable..................

A very careful watch for buoys and other obstacles is advisable.

Chris and Michel attempting to straighten a foil by use of a car jack and heavy object (diving school building). The diving school pupils thought they were experiencing an earthquake!
